Hello there, I'm Bob Hollis and the proud owner of Lanier Property Inspections, Inc. I am a resident of Gainesville, GA and am married to my exceptional wife Cathy. We have been blessed with two fantastic daughters and son-in-laws, with four active grandchildren. I have been in business since 2003 and have grown the company into one of the leading inspection firms in Northeast Georgia. How did I do it? Knowledge and professionalism. I realize your home is one of the biggest investments that you will make. Choosing the right home inspector for this major investment can be difficult.
